“I have a huge passion for how our mind/body/spirit connection is working and how that relates to (personal) leadership”.
Nowadays I am working internationally in this field, in Spain for the IE business school as professor in behavioural organisational leadership, in Europe and in Australia with business clients besides working in the therapeutic field as a Clinical Hypnotherapist/Psychotherapist and having a recognised school in this.
My interest in continuous learning, and the passion in understanding “why it works as it works” and being driving by the question “can it be solved more successfully” has been the drive for my own personal development. With as result specialising in executive coaching, team coaching, leadership development and projects that require a cultural change and last but not least working with patients with mental health issues.
I am now blessed with more than 28 years experience in line management, consultancy, international training, executive coaching, and working with clients with severe issues. I feel grateful that I have the opportunity to be working with people in countries in Europe, Middle East, India, Asia, USA and of course Australia, with more than 10.000 people in small training groups or face to face.
Working with so many people in a direct way gave me amazing insight and how we are the same and how we differ in our (personal) leadership, happiness and sufferings and how we can develop or change.
My main focus, specialty and strength are to create the conditions where positive change can happen, in individuals and therefore organisations.
That means most of the times go deeper than only the behaviour and the logic of our head, and really challenge the overarching limiting beliefs and values that are stopping us from moving forward and create an environment where those can develop in positive supporting belief and values. In this way, truly long-lasting personal and cultural change is happening.
To sum up: Creating an environment of integrated head, heart and gut leadership.

1 Day Workshop

March 17th, 2020  10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The breakthrough in working with clients who have grief, trauma’s or anxieties.

I have found an explanation and a new way of treatment that will make increase our success dramatically in helping people who are suffering from different kind of trauma’s and anxieties furthermore it will stop the stereotyping of masculine and feminine traits.

We have 3 BRAINS: one in our head, one in our heart and one in our gut. And they operate differently between MEN and WOMEN and even between the SAME GENDER.

Our head brain provides us with logic and creativity. It is an enormous database stuffed with all the things we have learned, to use our past experiences to predict the future better. Our heart brain is responsible for the emotions like love, hatred, sadness, justice and compassion. It is the “us” brain. Here all the grief is stored.
The gut brain is in command of our survival, fight, fly, hunger, and reproduction, and therefore, is able to overrule the other two. It is the “me” brain that makes us succeed as a winner and the other a looser. Here all the fight, flight, anger and sexual issues are related too.

In this one day workshop we focus on:

➤ The Head, the Heart and the Gut brain – how they work, how you calibrate with them and how to release the emotions that are stored in them

➤ How to connect with you client, and create a bases of on authenticity, trust, compassion

➤ How to use the 3 brains to unlock and how to release the emotion of the trauma experience and/or physical issues that concern the heart, head or stomach brain

➤ Exercises to master the knowledge and feel/experience the change
